OneArc Steels is a steel trading business at E-40, 1st Floor, Nehru Ground, N.I.T., Faridabad, Haryana 121001 (GSTIN 06DYDPG1807D1ZZ). This policy covers onearcsteels.com and the enquiries you send us.

When you send the quote form, we receive your name, phone number, the product and quantity, and anything else you choose to add: company, email, grade, sizes, delivery city and a message.

When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive what you send us through that channel.

We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not identify you.

To stop spam, the server briefly checks how many enquiries come from one internet address. That address is held in memory only and is not stored.

Only to reply to your enquiry, send you a quote, and supply and invoice your order, including the GST invoice and e-way bill. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Form enquiries are emailed to us through Zoho Mail. The website is hosted by Vercel. Both process the data only to provide those services to us. Transport companies receive the delivery details needed to ship your order.

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for your order and any follow-up. Invoices and related records are kept for as long as GST law requires.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@onearcsteels.com. We will reply within 30 days. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept for the required period.
